At The Skin Re-Treat, every skin journey begins with a personalised consultation designed to truly understand your skin and its unique needs. This in-depth, 45-minute appointment allows us to assess your skin health, identify underlying concerns, and create a tailored treatment plan to help you achieve your best results.
What to expect
Your consultation will begin with a detailed discussion, where we will explore:
- Your medical history and lifestyle factors
- Primary and secondary skin concerns
- Your current skincare routine and products
A hydration reader will be used to measure your skin’s moisture levels before beginning your skin analysis.
You’ll be invited to relax on the treatment couch, where your skin will be:
- Gently cleansed
- Analysed using a magnifying lamp (which allows a close-up view of your skin’s texture and condition)
- Examined under a Wood’s lamp, a specialised UV light that reveals deeper skin concerns such as dehydration, pigmentation, and congestion

£35 consultation fee
£25 of this is redeemable against any treatments or products purchased on the day.
You’ll leave with expert advice, a clear understanding of your skin, and a personalised treatment and homecare plan designed for real results.
