Cancellation Policy

To provide the best possible service to all clients, i kindly ask you to follow the cancellation policy below:

• Late Cancellation - If you cancle your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. 
• Failure to show up for your appointment will result payment of the service cost. 
• Expectations - Emergencies happen, this is understandable. If you are unable to provide adequate notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible and i will do my best to accommodate you. 
• By booking an appointmnet, you agree to the cancelation policy. thank you for respecting my time and ensuruing the smooth operation of my business. 
• Please allow additional time for each treatment service, as a full consultation will be required at the start and aftercare advice following your appointment.
